Welcome

Traditional therapy is a space where both patient and therapist are meeting in a secure and sacred meeting space either online or in person. I utilize several modalities of therapeutic intervention when working with people many of which have come from years of experience in crisis services where diffusing intense situations within complex systems and nervous system responses was required as well as patience and curiosity. 

My primary areas of focus are in post traumatic growth and survivorship. Getting to this place is often a journey of significant deconstruction and undertaking that requires rapport and trust with one's provider as well as a commitment to self. I regularly work with survivors of complex early childhood abuse (racial, systemic, religious, sexual, economic, authoritarian homes, etc.) and individuals who have overlapping chronic illness and or neurodiversity. My secondary area of focus is dissociation which I believe is a result of survival and this complexity and makes us super powerful but tired AF. Reaching a place of understanding one's survival with compassion, peace, or any other desired emotion is the reason why I help people heal.
