We often find ourself suffering when we begin to reflect here. Energy work and intuitive traditions can help quiet the worries, approach the fears and weave new beginnings.

I am deeply committed to this work and regularly invest in my own training, ongoing continuing education, self care, healing and work with community healers, therapist, traditional and eastern medicine. I believe all medicine has space to help us heal and so does spirituality. My goal to create a safe, confidential space where your needs

My practice was opened in hope in 2015. I was working in crisis services & it was not a great fit for my tiny family and our needs. Life was topsy turvy and uncertain. I took a class in EMDR and more on neurodivergent brains and I haven't stopped since. What this practice is now is a culmination of hope, healing, recovery, encouragement and energy work that has always been manifesting. I hope to share my training, teaching and intuition with you so that you too can grow and heal to your heart's content.
